One of the staples of a good curry house! You can really tell a lot from the taste of the Madras from a certain restaurant- the longe it cooks for the tastier it gets!

We designed this one ready for the slow cooker! Chuck everything into the slow cooker and give it a stir - leave it on low for 12 hours and serve it with some whole meal chapatis! Then pass this off as your own curry and graciously accept all the rounds of applause and standing ovations from your adoring family & friends for being such a good cook!
