For a marinade simply Add to 60-70g of fat free yoghurt to 500g of meat/veg of your choice (fat removed) and bake until cooked through - add raw onions and peppers 15 minutes before serving with a salad for your home made Kebab Fake-away!
AS A CURRY - The mix can also be added to some sautéed (in fry light) onions and then add 500 grams of chicken and cook till all the chicken has been sealed, add 1 tin of chopped tomatoes (or tomato passatta for a smoother curry) Cook until chicken is cooked - if you would like a thicker sauce for the curry - put it in an oven proof dish and cook in the oven for 20 minutes. Serve with boiled rice.
DRY MIX FOR CHICKEN, POTATOES AND MORE! (any veg if your feeling adventurous!) sprinkle over the mix straight from the packet and stir through before cooking in the oven or pan frying - Tandoori Potatoes are a really good tasty accompaniment to any indian meal and can be substituted for sweet potatoes to keep it carb friendly. Yoghurt dip recipe Fat free Yoghurt, fresh mint leaves, lemon juice, Pinch of salt and pepper. Mix all together keeps well in the fridge. This mix is Gluten friendly, Lactose free, oil free and suitable for vegetarians, and vegans. NO CHILLI has been added so you can add your own.
